Email supportWhat do I need?
A Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) on macOS 14 or later, and your own AI key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or another supported provider. Windows and Intel Macs are not supported. You can also control SlideSignal from any phone on the same Wi-Fi.
Why do I need my own AI key?
So there are no credits and no monthly fee. You add a key once in the app and your AI provider bills you directly for what you use.
Which AI providers work?
Text: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen. Image analysis: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini. Image generation: OpenAI. Optional voice: ElevenLabs.
Does SlideSignal post automatically?
No. You review every slideshow and press Publish. Each channel then shows its own result, and you can retry a single channel without re-posting the others.
Can SlideSignal see my passwords?
No. Research runs in a browser window inside the app where you sign in yourself. Passwords, sessions and AI keys stay on your Mac. The license check sends only your license key, never API keys or slideshow content.
Which formats can I publish?
TikTok photo slideshows, Instagram carousels or Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Instagram needs a professional (creator or business) account for some features.
How does the license work?
One person, up to two Macs. You activate it in the app under Settings → License. The website never asks for your license key.
Which languages?
The app and website are in English and German. You choose your slideshow language separately.
Can I get a refund?
Email us with the address you used at checkout and we’ll help. Your statutory EU consumer rights apply as described in our Terms.
Are updates included?
Yes. All 2.x updates are included in your one-time purchase. The app tells you when a new version is ready.
